Our refund and return policy operates within a 30-day timeframe. If 30 days have elapsed since your purchase, regrettably, we cannot offer a full refund or exchange.

To qualify for a return, your item must remain unused and in its original condition, complete with the original packaging.

Certain items fall outside the scope of our return policy. These include perishable goods (e.g., food, flowers, newspapers, or magazines), intimate or sanitary products, hazardous materials, and flammable liquids or gases. Additionally, we cannot accept returns for gift cards, downloadable software products, or select health and personal care items.

To initiate a return, we will need a receipt or proof of purchase. Please refrain from returning your purchase directly to the manufacturer.

Partial refunds may be considered under specific circumstances:

  • Books with evident signs of use.
  • Opened CD, DVD, VHS tapes, software, video games, cassette tapes, or vinyl records.
  • Items not in their original condition, damaged, or missing parts unrelated to our error.
  • Items returned more than 30 days post-delivery.


Upon receiving and inspecting your return, we will notify you via email regarding the status of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, with the credit automatically applied to your original payment method within a specific timeframe.

Delayed or missing refunds:

Please note that only regularly priced items are eligible for refunds; sale items are exempt.

For items marked as gifts and shipped directly to you, you will receive a gift credit equivalent to the return’s value. Upon receiving the returned item, we will issue a gift certificate to you. In cases where the item was not marked as a gift during purchase, or the gift giver opted to ship the order to themselves for later delivery, we will provide a refund to the gift giver.

You will be responsible for covering the shipping costs for returning your item, and please be aware that shipping costs are non-refundable. Should you receive a refund, the return shipping expenses will be deducted from your total refund amount.

Depending on your location, the time for your exchanged product to reach you may vary. For higher-value items, we recommend considering a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee the receipt of your returned item.
